HANDCRAFTED LAGER
This cool fermented and matured lager style beer is inspired by Kölsch brews from Cologne in Germany. Our version of this wonderful Lager is brewed using spring water from beneath the brewery, German Pilsner malts and our own farm grown Pilgrim and Jester hops. We have created an extremely well-balanced, golden coloured Kölsch style lager with a soft mouthfeel, that is crisp, clean with subtle fruit hop character. This carefully crafted combination makes it a quaffable refreshing drink
